Returns & Exchanges

  • Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original, resalable condition.

  • Opened, used, or tampered-with products are not eligible for return unless defective or required by applicable law.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

  • Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
